Hello, my name is Pauline and I train young people all over the world in the essential Global Peace Building Skills. As the designer of the Global Peace Building Program and the driving force behind the Global Serendipity Project, I roll out my mission globally: accelerating the realization of global peace by training in consciousness expansion. From the zero-limit perspective you see how problems arise and how we can solve them. On the side of the cause and based on a win-win for everyone. Because the solution to every challenge begins within ourselves.
World peace is not a utopia. We can organize it peacefully if we act together, persevere where others give up and set right what has gone wrong. If we make possible together what still seems impossible for many. As a reseacher, educator, author and excellence trainer, I have 30 years of experience in training leaders, executives, teams and organizations. In a way that gives everyone energy, inspiration and wings.

Onze partners (ambassadeurs) zijn game-changers die actie en visie verbinden. Zij hebben de courage to act, de next-generation mindset en de passie voor het realiseren van wereldvrede. Zij zien de impact van training in bewustzijnsverruiming en de noodzaak voor innovatie op alle levels.
Vanaf september 2026 organiseren we Ronde Tafels in de landen waar al een netwerk hebben en in landen waar we worden uitgenodigd. Tijdens deze inspirerende Ronde Tafel meetings vertellen we wat we tot nu hebben gedaan, waar we nu staan en wat we op korte en lange termijn gaan realiseren. We laten zien hoe we ingesleten patronen doorbreken, recht zetten wat krom is gegroeid en de kloof tussen wens en werkelijkheid overbruggen.
